The Mauritius Emerging Technologies Council (METC), operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation, is the apex body of the Government of Mauritius for the formulation of national policies and strategies in emerging technologies and promotion thereof.
To start its operations, the METC is inviting suitably qualified candidates to submit their applications for the following posts to be filled on a contractual basis for a period of two years with the possibility of employment on a substantive basis:

Note to applicants

2. Age limit: Applicants should not have reached their 45th birthday by the closing date for the submission of applications.
3. Closing date for submission of applications: Friday 9 June 2023

6. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
7. Copies of certificates, testimonials and other relevant documents should NOT be submitted at this stage.
8. Incomplete, inadequate or inaccurate information will lead to the rejection of applications.
9. The onus for the submission of equivalence of qualifications (if applicable) from the relevant Authorities (Higher Education Commission or Mauritius Qualifications Authority) rests on the applicants.
10. The Council reserves the right to convene only the best qualified candidates for the interview.
